I want to improve my life

As one of my teachers said: “I don't understand why people cling so hard to being themselves, when they could become someone better.” Today we work hard to improve and develop ourselves. Sometimes it goes well. And sometimes it turns absurd — when we worry endlessly, panic, criticise ourselves mercilessly, and fight desperately with anyone who says we should change.

What's troubling you?

Tap the question that resonates — I'll tell you how I can help.

“Dissatisfaction with myself, a personal crisis” +
I'll help identify the real causes and map out what to change so you — and your life — please you more.
“Procrastination” +
We'll work out what exactly makes you put things off — and what to do about it.
“Anxiety” +
We'll uncover the obvious and hidden sources of anxiety, see what it's trying to tell you, and learn simple mental techniques to regulate it.
“Emotional regulation” +
I'll help you spot the “toxic emotions” that get in your way and learn to live at peace with your feelings — so you own your emotions, not the other way round.
“Low self-esteem, no confidence” +
We'll separate self-worth from reputation and others' expectations, see who shapes how you judge yourself, and learn to assess yourself soberly and fairly.
“Problems at work” +
“Finding myself”, “everyone annoys me”, “work is unbearably boring”… I'll help you set priorities and boundaries, step out of the Victim role, and find work where you can fully express yourself.
“I find it hard to connect with people” +
It's not only about communication skills. Often we need to look at how you choose people, and how realistic your and others' expectations are.
“I repeat my ancestors' negative patterns” +
Inherited family scripts, roles and limits are best resolved with systemic constellations — see the “Systemic constellations” section.
