For organizers
Dear friends! If you are interested in the group events I run in various cities but did not find your region or city in the schedule — you have a choice:
- Combine the useful with the pleasant and travel to one of my events in another city — and take a little rest there too!
- Gather a group in your own city — that is, become the organizer of such a group event yourself.
If the second path appeals to you, on this page you'll find the possible topics of my parenting masterclasses, as well as the terms for gathering a group for systemic constellations. I have been running both for several years now, and participants usually come away very satisfied. Reviews from organizers and participants in different cities are posted here too.
Masterclasses for parents
Dear fellow educators — or simply enthusiastic parents! I know that, like me, you work with children and are in constant contact with their parents. You have to answer parents' questions, talk about their children's particularities, reassure them and explain things.
I have worked on the parent-child theme for 30 years, and couples and family work is my core specialization. I work a great deal online with both parents and children. And I understand how much anxiety, confusion and mutual frustration there is in this area right now: the old parenting stereotypes are gone, and new ones are only being worked out.
So I have prepared several “hot topics” for which I'm ready to run 3–3.5-hour masterclasses for your parent audience.
Topics for parent-child masterclasses
“Raising a happy child”
Why does it matter so much to us that our children are happy? What do you mean by happiness — and does it always match your child's view? How much can we influence whether children learn to be happy, and what does that take?
“Teenagers and separation”
Separation (individuation from the parental family) as the main task of adolescence, which explains all the “oddities” in a teenager's behavior. Why separation is so hard for today's parents and why we may unconsciously sabotage it. How to teach a teenager adult skills so we can let them sail off on their own.
“A child's emotional intelligence”
How to help a child cope with their own and others' emotions. Emotional regulation as the foundation of social adaptability in today's world.
“I don't understand you!”
Do you really know your child? What if they are nothing like you? Introverts and extroverts, “scanners” and “diggers,” active and proactive, leaders and followers, visual and kinesthetic… How to see your child's particularities with loving eyes and reach agreements without irritation or blame.
“Conflicts with children”
A sound negotiation strategy, understanding intentions — your own and others' — flexibility about goals and means, and techniques for mutually beneficial solutions.
“Helping children adapt in immigration”
How does children's immigration differ from adults'? What typical difficult scenarios arise for children brought to a new home? How can parents help a child accept a new country?
“Emotional burnout in parent-child relationships”
What it is, how it shows up in both children and parents, how to deal with it, and how to keep burnout from turning into depression or psychosomatic illness.
“Financial literacy for children and teenagers”
What and how to teach children so they have a healthy relationship with money — theirs and yours: income and spending; wants and needs; budgeting and saving; ways to earn; whether to pay for help around the house; whether to set limits on pocket money, and so on.
“Helping a child find themselves”
Self-identity and understanding one's traits, talents, strengths and weaknesses; career guidance and the fan of possibilities; finding “your tribe” and self-knowledge; “being like everyone” versus “being yourself.”
“When there's only one parent”
How to support yourself and your children through divorce, widowhood and other forms of single parenting. Children living between two homes — the hidden traps, the pitfalls, and ways around them.
You can pick something from this list — or request topics more relevant to you: I'm happy to adapt to your needs.
Minimum group size — 8–10 people; maximum — 40–50 people.

Organize a group for systemic constellations
Because constellations are a deep and powerful method, running such a group differs from a lecture or a masterclass.
I usually begin with a short introductory talk about the constellation method, and then work with specific Clients — running a constellation for each willing participant in turn.
So the length of the event depends on the number of Clients (from 4 to 7 per day). Each constellation takes about 40–60 minutes. With the introductory talk and breaks, an event runs from 4 to 8 hours.
Other people may (and are welcome to!) attend — Stand-ins (who take part in others' constellations) and Observers (who are simply interested in the process). All three groups gain valuable experience: answers to their questions, deep insights, a chance to work through long-held difficult feelings, new solutions and resources. But only Clients work directly with their own request — which is why the price differs by role.
Terms
- Client participation — $160 (nothing more to pay, even if you stay for others' constellations).
- Stand-ins and Observers — $30 for the whole day.
- Minimum group — 8–10 people (the maximum depends on the venue's capacity).
- Minimum number of constellations (Clients) — 4 people.
- Maximum per day — 6–7 constellations. If more people wish to take part, the event can be split across two days.
I'd be glad to work together. Contact me to discuss the terms in more detail.

Reviews from constellation participants
I really want to thank Julia and everyone who took part in Saturday's constellations! It was so powerful, deep and sincere that it's hard to find the words. To me — someone used to keeping her feelings in a sarcophagus — everything that happened seemed impossible. People who were strangers to one another managed to create an atmosphere of trust, understanding, compassion and support. There was no rudeness, no judgment, no shame, not a shadow of negativity — even though everyone spoke of painful and difficult things. There were so many feelings, emotions, tears, hugs, smiles and kindness. Julia, thank you for guiding us along this path with such skill and sensitivity. It is an utterly priceless experience that expands the boundaries of awareness.

I attended Julia's constellations a couple of months ago. Now incredible things are happening in my life! Every day gets better, and I have so much energy to carry out my plans. Things are happening that I couldn't manage for years! Julia is a true professional, very easy to warm to, and quick to find the heart of the problem. Highly recommend!

Julia helped me enormously when I felt stuck and depressed. She helped me repair my relationship with my child, ease toxic relationships with relatives, and gradually come out of depression. I highly recommend Julia — she understands the particularities of “our” Russian-speaking mentality.
