Refunds & Cancellations

Terms of payment, rescheduling and refunds for services and events.
Prepaid session packages
Prepaid session packages can be used within one year of purchase. If you do not use all the sessions within the year, the payment is non-refundable.
Rescheduling and cancelling individual sessions
Please give notice of a cancellation or reschedule in advance. There is currently no penalty for late cancellation.
Group constellations
A Client payment can be moved to another date or provided in an individual or online format. A Stand-in or Observer payment can be moved to another date or refunded — according to the terms of the specific event.
Masterclasses and on-site events
Refund and rescheduling terms depend on the specific event and are stated at registration.
Books
Paper books are shipped by mail within the USA. Once a book has been shipped and delivered, the payment is non-refundable.
