Systemic constellations
Systemic constellations are a powerful method of working with the family system that I have practiced for more than 20 years. It reveals the hidden connections within a family and lineage — how our ancestors’ fates, inherited roles, scripts and worldviews shape our life today: our relationships, wellbeing, money and sense of happiness. In a constellation we gently find and «untangle» these knots, so you can move forward with more freedom and inner support. You can work individually — in person or online — or in a group, as a Client, a Stand-in or an Observer: every participant comes away with valuable experience and deep insights.

“The same scenario keeps repeating in my life” +
Unhappy relationships, a financial “ceiling”, divorce repeating across generations — the roots of such patterns often lie in the family system. In a constellation we find where the pattern comes from and help you step out of it.
“My relationships don't work out and I don't understand why” +
Sometimes the cause isn't in you but in invisible loyalties and roles inherited from your lineage. A constellation makes these connections visible — and lets you gently untangle them.
“I want to understand how my family's history affects me” +
Dispossession, repression, wars, early losses, turbulent decades — ancestors' fates and the worldviews passed down through a family shape our relationships, wellbeing and success. We look at these entanglements and find new footing for you.
“Difficult feelings toward parents or loved ones” +
Resentment, guilt, distance… A constellation helps you see the situation more widely and bring respect and warmth back into a relationship — even when the people themselves can't be changed.
“I'm curious, but not ready to bring my own topic to a group” +
You can come as a Stand-in or an Observer: you take part in others' constellations and often find answers to your own questions too — without having to present your own request.
